It starts to become high time to try to book a hotel for those who will try to go to Bonneville this year, I think that it is impossible to book from Hotels.com, all the hotels in town shock raises their prices during Speed Week in addition to The Best American Value, but where it is impossible to get a place on the first day. My only advice except to sleep for free in a tent is to take an expensive room at the Red Gartner over the weekend and then search among small hotels, self, I have a standing reservation at the cheapest, but I'm as nice as you all know that the superintendent wanted to I would stay there and begin to work for her ....

Tack Torkel för programmet, det här ska alla som tävlar seriöst med motorcykel ha, hur många gånger har jag inte undrat vad vi hade för inställningar förra året när vi var på den och den banan.

Now I retire my black notebook that I've written up the different engine settings then Hedenhös time and becomes a modern man who sits and snaps a little stiffly on the computer that I have a small position on top of the tank while I wait for my turn to start.
Thanks Torkel for the program, this will all seriously who competision with motorcycle have, how many times I have wondered what we had for the settings last year when we come to a track.

Nu tar vi nästa uppgift, en keps i förstapris som vanligt. Vad blir kolvhastigeten i snitt om den varvar 5580 varv och har en slaglängd på 99 mm? Stackarn får dessutom ligga och gno med det varvet i 3 kilometer.
RPM's counted Orjan and Torkel, but they have not sent their home addresses to me, if they do not do it soon so I sniff them out myrself and send the long movie too!

After 27 white days, I have to finish a little earlier than expected, I most have cork to the bottom of the clutch basket, it was missing two pieces.
Today I received a reminder from the Post Office that I had not picked up my package with an exhaust temp gauge, they have not sent out any avi before. Earlier today I contacted my supplier of caps and he had sent them several weeks ago by mail and received them back, I have not received any avi, now he would send the caps to my workplace, this does not work then we run by courier service, we do three times a day on the job for first class mail can take up to 2 weeks in Stockholm, you get mad!

I ledningen är Per Olnils, jag tvåa och min bror Sven-Erik sist, alla tre boende i Edstuga på den tiden. Jag ser att vi har bakhjulsfjäring nu och Per har en Cagiva crossgaffel fram, jag åker på Mats cykel, min hade säkert gått sönder.
We had a club championship on a little sea outside the City Hall on a sunny spring day with lots of audience, Roland fought and struggled with the starting gate and car batteries.
The the lead is Per Olnils, I was second and my brother Sven-Erik Finally, all three living in Edstuga at that time. I see that we have the rear wheel suspension now and Per have a Cagiva motocross fork, I go on Mats bike, my bike was broken.
A person from Hedemora called images in the long-crust. Unfortunately, there are horrible little material from that time, maybe it's luck, beauty was not the bikes. Here is a picture of last year when everyone went stiff, snow spray behind me is because Sjöbom and Mats Svensson has crashed, after this blow was Mats never really good in the shoulders. Sjöbom in his white set glimpsed it, Mats however, flew over the embankment and landed on the frozen ground head first. If you look at the rear of the bikes, it's Mats, it looks into the extension plate in the middle of the rear fender, so we probably extended 15 cm even then.

Tonight it was time to build mounts to the transmission casing, it was not good but it is easy to remove, it's the main thing. What stands out is the crankshaft without a bit of a curtain rod.
A little fun is it to our starter Bill which usually come with a mini-bike and wonder how we are doing, when we sit in the queue, long before we reach the starting line, also has written on.

Last night I dreamed that I would repair a Triumph motor, it had four pushrods one in each corner of the top. Each push rod had a separate drive from the crankshaft. Now the shit has broken down and when I lifted the cover over the top so raged the parts all over the floor, springs and small things, while Bill Nilsson came into the garage and laughed, he told me that the engine was impossible to repair.
I'm going to stop reading about Bison before I go to bed.

Now I have begun to look a alumisprocket 33-35 tooth, it seems a bit tricky to find for decent price nowadays. Does anyone have any idea? Roffes and Nikasilproffsen I thought initially, Base engine has stopped selling them for they were too expensive.
Today it went really slowly, I began to sweat to roll out the weld, it was to sit on a chair and screw. New steering brackets are in place now.

Today I got the new cylinder, the crazy is that I do not really know the measure of the hole in the engine block where it will be down, Kjell think he took it up a little on that in the United States.

Det värsta jag har varit med om när det gäller låsning av axlar var en isracingtävling i Hedemora för många år sedan, där drog vi sönder gängorna på bakaxeln omgående, sedan fixerade vi den med en m8 framför axeln och kompletterade med stålstråd och silvertejp, cykeln blev väldigt vinglig så jag fick leta slät is att åka på, Antii Akko kunde inte låta bli att nyfiket begrunda vad vi höll på med mellan heaten.
It will be good? Threaded rod should be replaced with something stronger. It does not work, we put some scrap next to the locking bolt.
The worst thing I have been involved in the locking of the shaft was an ice racing competition in Hedemora many years ago, where we drew down the threads on the rear axle immediately, then fixed us it with a m8 in front of the axle and supplemented with steel wire and duct tape, the cycle was very wobbly so I had to look smooth ice to go on, Antii Akko could not help but curiously ponder what we were doing between the heats.

I bought 100 Pop-nuts m4, now they run out, have to buy more, Jim is going to be crazy, it got 30 screws to be removed on each side before you can access the engine.
One of the pedals slipping a bit so I thought to fix it tonight, the bike was hanged on a bike rather than behind the car. When I loaded the bike at FMCK as missing pedal bastard, to locate a bicycle pedaling after E18 is not fun. When I got home so it was seven feet from the parking lot, so it was probably very loose.

Today took Kjell and I a ride halfway up to Roslagen, we left the two pistons to Erik on ProService for Teflon treatment, it is so clean and nice where you wonder if that is where he works, or maybe it is just a front, and he has a normal dirty workshop full of scrap on the floor during the exhibition portion? He does not like the design of the original ESO-pistons, surprising those who are best in the world!
From the beginning I put there clips from ice racing time, but they built so much progress that it was crowded at his hands under cover. These built Jawa Stockholm for me.

Found a nice picture on the internet tonight when I am in despair trying to collect interesting pictures for on Wednesday when I'll try give a talk on MCHK, my uninteresting pictures from Bonneville represents the most dirty mechanic and broken pistons. No more lectures for me!
